The Bay at Cypress Creek Homeowner’s Association
It is with great pleasure that the residents of The Bay at Cypress Creek wish to welcome you to your new community. The Board of Directors of your new community association is here to help you to enjoy and uphold your new home.
Some of the tools available to assist you with understanding the rules of your new community are the Declarations, Articles of Incorporation, and the Bylaws – all of which are required to be supplied to you by the seller when you purchased your new home. These are very informative and detail fully all you need to know to take advantage of everything your community has to offer.
To further clarify the documents, we’re also including a copy of the community Rules & Regulations, Pool Gate Access Card Request form, and Parking Placard Request form. Your community is deed restricted and a copy of this can be found on the community website.

Your community barcodes can be obtained through the association website at a cost of $10.00 – 2 per household. Visitor parking spaces are limited as there are only 26 for the 176 units that make up Bay at Cypress Creek. All households are issued one (1) pass that is to be displayed in your guest’s car window.
Your Board of Directors usually meets quarterly and those meetings will be noticed.
