Pool Rules

There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty.  Swimmers use the pool at their own risk.

1.       The use of the pool is restricted to The Bay at Cypress Creek residents and their guests.

2.       Residents are responsible for action or damage caused by their family and/or guests.

3.       Limit 4 guests per household.

4.       All guests must be accompanied by a The Bay at Cypress Creek resident over the age of 21.

5.       Residents under the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult resident or a caregiver no less than sixteen (16) years old duly appointed by an adult resident.  Non-residents are not permitted to bring guests to the pool.

6.       ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

7.       The gate to the pool must remain closed at all times and no climbing over the fence is permitted.

8.       All residents are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area used by themselves and their family or guests.

9.       No cut-off shorts allowed.

10.   Do not remove furniture from inside the pool enclosure.

11.   No glass is permitted in the pool or pool area.

12.   No loud or abusive language is permitted.

13.   The maintenance company reserves the right to close the pool during their working time.

14.   No trespassing is permitted.  Violators will be reported to the Pasco County Sherriff and will be prosecuted.

15.   The cost of any property damage at the pool will be charged to the responsible party.

PLEASE FILL OUT: REQUEST FOR POOL GATE ACCESS CARD FORM, AND MAIL TO THE ADDRESS BELOW. THE FIRST POOL GATE ACCESS CARD IS FREE; ANY ADDITIONAL GATE ACCESS CARDS ARE $50.00.
